As rallying recommences from the 12th April please remember to follow the Government restrictions that are currently in place.  IT IS FOR EVERYONES SAFETY.

  1. No socials on the rally field and safety has to be priority.
  2. Members must keep 2 metres apart from other households, when outside the rule of 6 apply in any 1 group.
  3. From 17th May A maximium group of 30 people may meet outdoors and social activities can resume with these 30.
  4. The rule of 6 applies to 2 caravans to meet indoors.
  5. From the 21 June there will be no restrictions for social gatherings.
  6. Notices will be on display regarding health and safety.
  7. We must all be aware of these restrictions as the government can change them as they choose.

Please note, the dates contained above are only for guidance, as they may be required to change if there are changes to the UK Govenments roadmap to coming out of lockdown.

Rally 11b, Grove Lock, 30th Apr - 03rd May 2021.
This rally has been cancelled, due to not having rally officers and lack of support.

Rally 14, Golf Competition, 21st May - 23rd May 2021.
The centre golf competition has been cancelled by the golf course, as they are not accepting large bookings or lending clubs out due t.   If you wish to have a round of golf while on the rally you must make your own booking and provide your own clubs.

Rally 22, Manor Farm Fisheries, 09th Jul - 11th Jul 2021.
This rally now has a venue and is no longer TBA.   If you wish to run this rally please contact Shirley Brown.

Rally 46, New Year Celebrations, 29th Dec - 02nd Jan 2022.
This rally has changed venue, it is now at Edward Peake School as Derwent School is not accepting any bookings this year.

This rally has changed venue.  It has been moved to Lyndon Top, Rutland.  This is due to Yarwell Mill cancelling our booking.

This rally has changed dates, it is scheduled for 12-18 Apr 2021.

Rally 09, Competition - Centre Events, 16th Apr - 18th Apr 2021.
This rally has changed weekends again, it is now on the weekend of 16-18 Apr 2021, and now back as published in the rally book.  The centre Events competitions will now not take place this weekend, but they have been moved to the weekend of Langford Raft Race, 02-04 July 2021.

Rally 23, Bedford River Festival, Willington, 16th Jul - 18th Jul 2021.
Bedford Borough Council have take the decision to cancel River Festival due to the continuing Coronavirus infection.  It has now been scheduled for the weekend of 23rd / 24th July 2022.  Therfore this rally is now a normal weekend rally.

This rally has been cancelled by the hosting centre.

Rally 42, Willington Loop, 12-14 Nov 2021.
The rally fee pulished in the rally book is incorrect. The fee should be £21.70, please ammend your rally book.

Following careful consideration, the club have taken the difficult decision not to hold the National in 2021.
Planning the National takes a huge amount of time and manpower, and all the while we cannot be certain it would not be cancelled, it’s in the best interest of not only the Club but also members, for us to take this decision now.  We know the National is a key date in the diary for many members, rest assured we will be looking at alternative options - including pop-up campsites at popular locations - to bring members together and we will, of course, keep you posted on these developments.  We know this will be a disappointment to many of you but the safety of Club members, staff and volunteers is of paramount importance to us and we appreciate your continued support.

The club have provided centre's with some guidance of how to rally safely at this time.

Please be aware that these are a guide and may change as time moves forward.   Download Guidance Here

Points to note are:

  • Any/all payments taken (whether cash or cheque) on the rally field MUST be in a seal envelope with your name and amount on the outside.
  • No visitors are allowed on the rally field, this includes family, friends and centre members. This is due to track & trace.
  • No socials are allowed.
  • Social distancing must be observed at all times.
  • Use sanitizer when at water taps, and disposable gloves to be worn when at the elsan point.
  • All refuse MUST be taken home.
